In this privacy statement we explain what personal data we collect when you use our website and services, why we need this data and how exactly we use it.
What personal data is collected?
We need certain personal data to provide you with the best possible experience and to inform you about Hopping Billie’s and our offerings. You provide some of this information directly, for example when you request more information about our services or when you contact us via the contact form. In addition, we also receive certain personal data indirectly via your devices, through interaction with our services (including via cookies). This allows us to personalize and improve our offering. When you request information from Hopping Billie’s, we process the following data:
- First and last name;
- Company;
- E-mail address;
- IP address;
- All data provided in the open comments field.
Hopping Billie’s may provide your personal data to third parties if:
- You have given your explicit permission for this;
- There is an obligation or justification to do so under the law or a court decision, or in an emergency to the extent that, in the reasonable opinion of
- Hopping Billie’s, this is in your own interest (for example to the police, the judiciary or medical personnel);

Hopping Billie’s uses third-party services.
Third parties include media agencies that take care of online marketing on behalf of Hopping Billie’s, but also IT suppliers of the various systems and tools that Hopping Billie’s uses to offer its service. Hopping Billie’s will of course agree to confidentiality, a processing agreement and adequate security with these third parties. If your personal data is provided to a third party, we will inform you in advance, unless this is not reasonably possible. Hopping Billie’s remains the owner of the data at all times. A third party may not use the data itself or forward it to others without approval from Hopping Billie’s.

With whom do we share your personal data?

If Hopping Billie’s uses the services of a third party who will perform these services on behalf of Hopping Billie’s, Hopping Billie’s will oblige this third party(ies) to maintain strict confidentiality and adequate security of your personal data and to conclude a processing agreement.
If the operation is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In that case, we will terminate the relevant processing of your data. Withdrawal of consent does not change the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We only retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or used and/or as long as this is required by law.
